METHOD OF ESECUTION:
I offer personalized design and restyling. By purchasing a service, you declare that
you have viewed my works and found the style consistent with the result you want
to achieve. To book the project a deposit equal to 30% of the basic package price
(see payment method) is required, non-refundable (see refunds and
cancellations section).

PAYMENTS:
The transactions requested during the project will be processed through bank
transfer.
The Customer therefore undertakes to make the payment of the full amount
estimated in the following way.
I foresee a deposit equal to 30% of the total (or not less than € 175) calculated on
the basic package, or for totals less than or equal to € 350 to the full price, non
refundable (see section Refunds and cancellations ) at the time of booking;
The delivery of the complete and final files will take place only against payment of
the entire amount agreed by price quotation

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Refunds can only be claimed if the job hasn’t started yet. We accept requests
for refund only in the next 5 days after signing this contract and transfering
the money. After 5 days (at the beginning of sixth day) the poject will be
officially initiated.

FOR PROMOTIONAL USE:
All projects (unless otherwise agreed) can be used within my online portfolio
e offline for the promotion of my work.

COPYRIGHT AND USE OF FILES:
The copyrights on the artistic and digital materials made by me for your

project are my exclusive property and are protected by copyright
(Law no.633 of 22 April 1941). With the payment of the entire sum foreseen
by the stipulated estimate, you will have the right to have the final folder with
the following files (planimetry, moodboard, shopping list, 2D or 3D).

• You will have the right to freely use the files received in their state at the
  time of delivery, without any limitation, for personal or commercial purposes
  related only to the activity for which the stipulated estimate is intended.
• You will not be able to share the files online or used for commercial
  purposes without mentioning the copyright owner.
• You will not be able to sell or distribute the files to third parties.

GUARANTEES:
The Customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of
the data communicated to the Designer and ensures that all the information
provided, such as texts, graphics, data, images, sounds, are in its legitimate
availability, and not violate any copyright, trademark, patent or other third
party rights arising from law, contract or custom.
The Designer is not responsible for the failure to insert of the aforementioned
data.
The Designer ensures that all information not coming from the Customer
used for the realization of the project are in its legitimate availability, and do
not violate any copyright, trademark, patent or other third party rights
deriving from law, contract or custom. The Designer will keep the Customer
harmless for each compensation claim and / or compensation claimed by third
parties as a result of the publication of the aforementioned materials.
