We often forget about ourselves, about the rhythm that makes us feel good. We fill our days with commitments in a continuous rush, most of the time without a conscious choice of the quality of time spent. Even workout seems like forced thing to me at times or having to impose a precise routine at all costs otherwise you won’t be able to move forward. A work created to remember this time.
